Watches sold by Classic Time Club are thoroughly inspected and authenticated prior to sale. We guarantee the authenticity of our watches at the time of sale.

We promise to restore, replace or refund your purchase if the watch or its accompanying warranty papers is established to be counterfeit.

Our Guarantee is non-transferable and valid only for the purchaser.

Warranty Policy

Watches sold by Classic Time Club are thoroughly inspected and serviced if necessary prior to sale. Our team of experts ensures that all watches meet our high standards of quality and functionality.

We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (‘Our Warranty’) on all watches unless otherwise specified. Our Warranty covers mechanical defects relating to the movement and operation of the watch. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage as a result of improper use.

Further excluded from our Warranty are timekeeping accuracy, waterproofness, any damage to the crystal, dial, crown and stem, external pushers, strap or bracelet.

Our Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the purchaser. Our Warranty is void if there is any change of possession or unauthorised tampering of the watch or its components.

Shipping Policy

We provide both domestic and international shipping through a selection of trusted couriers, including DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Brinks, Malca-Amit, and others.

All packages are shipped via a traceable service and are insured at their full value.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all shipping, handling, and transit insurance fees are covered by us. You are responsible for any import taxes and/or duties imposed by the destination country.

Once an order is placed and payment is received by us in full, we will prepare the watch and any accompanying box, papers and accessories ready for shipping typically within 2 Business Days from either our Australia or Hong Kong office. All watches are handled and packed securely on premises under CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and security of your valuable goods.

Notwithstanding external factors such as customs clearance or weather delays, packages typically arrive within Australia in 1-3 Business Days and Rest of the World within 3-10 Business Days

The recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

If your watch qualifies for a refund through a valid claim against our Authenticity Guarantee or Warranty Policy, we will provide you with a refund within 14 days.
